Our Customer Process

  • We will contact you with an initial consultation. This can be either face to face, online or via the telephone.
  • We will ask for copies of bills or invoices for the services you would like us to review and provide you with potential savings. 
  • We will also require a Letter of Authority from yourselves in order to contact suppliers on your behalf.
  • You will be provided with a free review of these services by a member of the Advantage Team.   
  • Following the review, The team will provide you with a full proposal identifying cost savings found in each service area.
  • We will discuss the proposal and confirm the services you wish to go ahead with. At this point the Advantage Buying team will take control of the administration and implementation on your behalf whilst offering clear constant communication throughout the process. 
  • The team will continue to provide ongoing account management during the length of your contract and for renewals.
