Our teams are immersed in planning and delivering the most wonderful festive fayre for their residents and care teams. Christmas is a time of year that memories of years gone by come flooding back to both old and young alike, and so often these memories are connected to food. From baking and decorating a Christmas cake, to prepping the sprouts and basting the turkey, we understand that our residents each have a lifetime of memories, and our teams are determined to deliver each resident a festive dining experience that reconnects them with years gone by, and that they look forward to being a part of.
As the only specialist & award winning care caterer in the UK, we understand that for the 50-75% of residents in care homes who have chewing or swallowing difficulties or dysphagia, the thought of Christmas Dinner can be stressful and upsetting. With residents at the heart of all that we do, and the passion to deliver each and every one of them a magical Christmas dining experience, our team have spent the run up to December refining the perfect texture modified Christmas Lunch. Our Dining with Dignity promise sees every resident presented with a traditional Christmas lunch, skilfully adapted to suit all levels of the IDDSI framework hand piped and beautifully presented, with every plate looking as good as it tastes.
Our talented team of chefs will be serving up melt in the mouth pureed turkey, with silky smooth vegetable sides…including the sprouts! and Christmas puds pureed to perfection, making sure that every resident that we serve this Christmas leaves the dining room full of festive cheer!
