CQC registered care providers within Hampshire and Isle of Wight integrated care system (ICS) are now able to access grant funding to pay for digital care planning and falls prevention technologies.

The funding, provided by NHSE, is part of a national initiative to digitise the care sector over the coming years.

With the funding you would be able to cover 50% of the set up and 50% of the first year of having a digital social care records platform such as Nourish Care. In addition, you can also receive 50% funding over 3 years for a nurse call data system such as NexusCare.
