Exciting developments to come as Karen Johnson joins care home consultants

Karen will head up Fulcrum’s quality assurance team and support the continued growth in the business by implementing a new ground-breaking extension of services to clients.

Her 25 years in the care sector have focused on quality and operations for elderly care. From a successful career working in care home inspection turnaround, followed by senior operational and strategic roles, Karen was most recently Clinical Director and Chief Nurse at HC One, the largest provider of care homes in the UK.

Karen Johnson said: “I am delighted to be joining Fulcrum and to be part of the upward trajectory of the firm.
