As a people focused employer Signature Dining want all of our staff to feel happy in their work. We recognise that many people will experience living with the menopause, either by suffering symptoms themselves or living with someone else who is. We recognised that the stigma around the menopause and the symptoms that it causes can make working life very difficult. We want our staff to feel that they can find support amongst their colleagues without fear of judgement or ridicule, and by introducing a menopause policy that helps all staff to identify less common menopause symptoms and guides them to practical support solutions we are addressing a natural stage in the lives of many of our team, promoting a culture of understanding and acceptance.

By training our managers and senior staff team we are equipping them with the knowledge to assist staff who are struggling with their symptoms, creating an open conversation, in a safe space where all of our team feel supported and accepted.
