Signature Dining make the top 30 of The Best Places to Work in Hospitality

As an experienced and well-established catering provider, at Signature Dining we have an excellent understanding of the value of our staff team, and the importance of a good staff wellbeing programme.  In order to ensure that our team are happy and feel supported and valued, it is essential to us that every member of our team is able to give an open and honest view of their career with Signature Dining, giving us a 360-degree view of how well we support our people and to further enhance our staff care and development plans.

We know that we are privileged to have a strong and vibrant team of passionate and talented professionals, and it is important to us to make sure that we are supporting them in the right way, and that they feel happy and secure in their work.

Getting the answers

To give us the best possible feedback and to allow all the team to be fully open and honest about us as an employer, we chose to participate in The Caterer’s Best Places to Work in Hospitality survey.  The survey, specifically designed for the hospitality industry, focused clearly on management style, communication, equality, and staff care, and gave each member of the team the opportunity to provide their anonymous opinions.

With the surveys completed we received our initial report, which was overwhelmingly positive.  With over 90% of our staff happy in their work and proud to work for us, and a staggering 94% that would recommend us as a great place to work!

Needless to say, we are thrilled with the outcome.
